Jam Tart Blackcurrant Jam with a twist.Made with British blackcurrants (when I’ve used all mine up) and simmered gently with a Scotch Bonnet chilli before adding sugar. This makes sure those tough Blackcurrant skins are really soft and the chilli adds a very gentle tingle on the finish.
A tasty,twist on traditional blackcurrant jam.
